Choosing a system
Do I need every system?
No. Start with freight operations, warehouse management or parcel operations. Add tools that support the work you actually do.
WMS independence
Can a warehouse use WMS alone?
Yes: client stock, receiving, picking, packing and warehouse billing do not need SCM shipment records. WMS currently shares the CBMGO application and common account services.
A combined demo
Does a toggle create an integration?
No. A supported selection also needs the right company setup and sample records. Your demo should prove the handoff between systems; unavailable combinations stay blocked.
Fit
Do I need every system?
No. Choose SCM for freight, WMS for warehouse work or Courier for parcels, then add supported tools for your workflow.
Money
What does it cost?
Per seat, plus the switches you turn on, priced on the demo call.
Is there a trial?
The demo company is open with no sign-up — no card, no trial clock.

Who owns the data?
The customer does — every list exports to CSV or Excel.
The work
Do you file our customs entries?
No — CBMGO prepares the filings but does not transmit to CBP.
Does it connect to QuickBooks?
Yes, both ways: invoices out, payments read back.
Can I manage warehouses in different regions?
Yes. Company administrators can create sites with their own address, region and time zone, review the network and open a warehouse dashboard. Staff permissions currently apply across the company; per-employee warehouse restrictions are not yet included.
What does the warehouse floor plan do?
Floor Studio helps you arrange racks and work areas, create storage locations and print their QR labels. The published map helps staff find products and locations. Editing the drawing does not move physical stock.
Does scanning a shelf update its stock?
A shelf QR identifies the location. Staff must also identify the goods and confirm the receiving, putaway or movement operation before inventory changes.
Can you connect to our customer’s EDI system?
EDI means electronic data interchange: structured documents exchanged between business systems. Send us the customer’s implementation guide, required documents and connection requirements. The current WMS demonstration is not a live customer EDI connection; mapping and testing must be scoped separately.
Are scanners and label printers included?
Hardware and installation services must be specified in your proposal. Location labels currently use browser printing through the system driver. Confirm the exact printer, label stock and scanner with a physical setup test.
Trust
Does the assistant make things up?
No — it answers from a fixed list of real queries against the company’s own data.
Is party screening really zero?
Yes — its own switch, priced at zero.
